Bucks.  Mentioned in her father’s will as “my daughter Ann [sic] Flowers” under which she received a bequest of one guinea, 4 Dec. 1745.  Mentioned in her husband’s will as “my wife Ann Flowers”, 8 Sept. 1787), d. of Christopher Warren, of Middle Claydon, Co. Bucks. & his wife Dorothy Wyatt (See WARREN).  Will dated 8 Sept. 1787 – in which he was described as “Thomas Flowers of Lenborough in the Parish of Buckingham, Co. Bucks., Dairyman” & mentioned owing a freehold house in Padbury & a leasehold house in Padbury leased from All Souls College, Oxford University.  Died 1788.  Will Proved at the Archdeaconry Court of Buckingham, 21 May 1788 & secondly at P.C.C., 30 Jan. 1833 (when probate of his estate was granted in respect of certain lands not dealt with previously to “Thomas Hearn one of the surviving executors of the will of William Flowers deceased [d 1827] whilst living the sole executor of the will of Thomas Flowers deceased [d 1823] who whilst living was the son & surviving executor of the will of the said Thomas Flowers deceased”).  He had issue:

Northants.,  Born c. 1740.  M Lic.  M 6 Oct. 1765 at Preston Capes, Jane Lea (Born c. 1746.  Mentioned in her husband’s will, 1 July 1809.  Died 16 Aug. 1814 – recorded on her gravestone as “Jane Flowers, wife of William Flowers, who Died August 16th 1814 aged 67”.  Bur. 21 Aug. 1814 at Preston Capes.  M.I.).  Recorded as Land Tax Assessor for the Parish of Preston Capes, 1761, 1763, 1783, 1787 & 1801.  Mentioned in his father’s will as “William Flowers my son” under which he inherited a freehold house in Padbury & a leasehold house in Padbury leased from All Souls College, Oxford University, 8 Sept. 1787. Bucks.), d. of John Brooks.  At his marriage he was recorded in the marriage register as “William Flowers of North Marston, Co. John Brooks, of Pimlico, London.,  Born 17 June 1796.  Bapt. 22 June 1796 at North Marston.  M 1st  1827 Elizabeth Whithill.  M 2nd  Harriet Berry (Born 1811.  She was mentioned in her husband’s will, 27 July 1846.  She was recorded as an “Annuitant”, as “aged 70”, as having been born at Twickenham, Middlesex & as living at 24 Silchester Terrace, Middlesex with her children Clara, John & George, 1881 Census).  Will dated 27 July 1846 – in which he was described as “John Brooks Flowers of the Prince of Wales Public House, Elizabeth Street, Pimlico, Victualler” & mentioned his parents “William & Sarah Flowers”.  Died 2 Aug. 1846 at Pimlico, London.  Will Proved at P.C.C., 12 Aug. 1846.  He had issue by his 2nd wife before their marriage:                                                                       PR;Will PCC;1881 Census

1a.Clara Berry, She was mentioned in her father’s will with her brother as “ Clara Berry & Edwin Berry my two illegitimate children by my wife Harriet Flowers before my marriage with her”, 27 July 1846.  She was recorded as a “Dressmaker”, as “aged 46”, as having been born at Marylebone & as living at 24 Silchester Terrace, Middlesex with her mother & brothers John & George, 1881 Census.                                                            Father’s will;1881 Census
